Course description

AI First Foundations takes learners from zero knowledge to confident, safe everyday use of AI in 16 weeks through 40 short videos, each followed by a quiz. It is Level 1 of 3 in the AI First pathway: Foundations, then Applied, then Advanced. Four modules of ten lessons, one module a month: Meet AI, Talking to AI, AI in Everyday Life, and Using AI Safely and Wisely. Each lesson includes a 6- to 8-minute video and a short quiz. Plan on 2 to 3 lessons a week, about 35 to 50 minutes, for about 11 to 12 hours total. It is for anyone: students, homemakers, working professionals, managers, and older learners. No technical background is needed. Your learning is measured by quizzes only: a quiz after each lesson, a module test each month, and a final exam. There are no projects or assignments. Completing it earns the AI First Foundations certificate (Level 1 of 3) and unlocks the course AI First Applied.
