Last updated October 25, 2026. This is a first general version. It will be updated as the company details below are confirmed.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Artificial Intelligence First Inc. ("AI First", "we", "us"), a subsidiary of Kotler Impact Inc., for the use of aifirstlms.com and its courses. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If your organization signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
Your account
- Accounts are created by us or by the organization that gave you a seat. Use your own account only, and keep your password private.
- Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current so you receive your sign in links.
- Tell us at contact@aifirstlms.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- If your organization gave you the seat, it can see your progress and may end your access when your seat ends.
Using the courses
We give you a personal, non transferable right to watch the lessons and take the quizzes for your own learning while your access lasts. The courses, videos, scripts, quizzes, certificates and the AI First name and logo belong to AI First or Kotler Impact Inc., or to those who license them to us.
Please do not:
- copy, download, record, share or sell the course material, or give others access to your account;
- have someone else take your quizzes or tests, or use any trick to pass them;
- try to break into the site, test its security without our written permission, overload it, or collect data from it with automated tools;
- use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
Demo accounts are for looking around. They cannot change anything, and we may reset or close them at any time.
Certificates
When you complete a course and pass its tests, you receive a certificate with a public verify page (see the Privacy Policy). A certificate shows that you finished our course. It is not a degree or a professional license. We may withdraw a certificate gained by breaking these terms, and its verify page will then say so.
What the courses are, and are not
The courses teach general skills for using AI tools. They are education, not professional advice. AI tools can be wrong, so check important answers yourself, and talk to a qualified professional about health, legal, money and other personal decisions. Examples in the lessons may name outside tools and services; we do not control them, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the courses, so lessons may be updated, replaced or reordered. We work to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or when an organization's seat ends. Your certificates remain verifiable unless they were withdrawn.
Limits of our responsibility
The site and courses are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on course material. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Governing law
The law that governs these terms and the place where disputes are heard will be set out here once confirmed. Until then, before going to any court, please write to us at contact@aifirstlms.com so we can try to solve the problem together.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
